LiL J aka Young Jeezy being sued for “Nothing Less than $5 million”

Demetrius “Kinky B” Ellerbee is suing hip-hop star Young Jeezy and Def Jam for $5 million. In the lawsuit, Ellerbee claims to have co-founded Corporate Thugz Entertainment (CTE) with Young Jeezy. According to Ellerbee’s lawyer Mario Breedlove, the rapper owes his client nothing less than $5 million dollars with royalties and interest to be added to the figure.

According to the Access Atlanta, the claim was filed in Fulton County Superior Court and it alleged that Young Jeezy “Intentionally misappropriated, diverted and/or converted” funds that belonged to CTE, and putting it to personal use. Corporate Thugz Entertainment (CTE) was founded back in 2001, and was later acquired by Def Jam Recordings.
